Managing Director - Robert Wilton
Rob joined the company at sixteen as a bricklaying apprentice, gaining his city and guilds qualification. He continued to work for the company as a bricklayer, developing his management and business skills. Rob worked his way up through the ranks to Director, taking over as Managing Director upon the retirment of Ken, his father.
Operations Director - Aaron Whiston
Aaron joined K P Wilton in 2014 as a contracts manager. Aaron started his career at C H Pearce Construction where he studied Construction Management part-time, gaining a BSc (Hons) degree whilst learning invaluable onsite experience. Aaron decided to leave Pearce, then known as ISG after 8 years to work for Bray and Slaughter. This proved to be a great decision as the smaller business enabled involvement across all disciplines, setting himself up to run a small subcontract company prior to joining the K P Wilton team.
Maurice Brown - Senior QS
Maurice worked for John Laing for most of his working life, commencing as an article pupil Quantity Surveyor and developing to senior Quantity Surveyor, working on a complete range of projects throughout the UK. Maurice joined K P Wilton in 1996. Training, respect and commercial awareness gained over the years has been channelled successfully into the business. Maurice has developed the estimating and QS functions and helps to promote the K P Wilton attitude, to justice, reliability, fairness and financial strength.
Mike Godfrey - Senior Contracts Manager
Mike joined K P Wilton in December 1993 having previously worked for C H Pearce Construction since leaving school in 1968. A good all-rounder capable of estimating, contract management through to final accounts. Mike enjoys the varied work of refurbishment having been involved in projects within schools, restaurants, hospitals, universities and libraries. Mike’s highlight being the million pound refurbishment of the iconic, Grade 1 listed Bristol Central Library.
Mike Lewis - Site Manager
Mike Joined K P Wilton in September 2014 having previously worked for Spectrum, Harsco Infrastructure and was self-employed for 10 years prior. Mike has a city and guilds qualification in bricklaying and has furthered his skills to become a site manager over recent years.
